This is a 395nm UV Light Keychain that takes 2 CR2016 batteries (which come pre-installed). You can gently press the middle of the keychain to turn on the light, or slide the small switch on the underside for a continuous light.
To replace the batteries, unscrew the 4 small screws and install the batteries with the positive side up. If the light doesn't turn on, you've installed the batteries incorrectly. This can also happen if the 2-pin bulb falls out and is put back in the wrong-side-up. Just flip 'er around and you're good to go!
*Curing time depends on how much UV resin/putty you've used. For anything smaller than your pinky nail, a few seconds is long enough!
